Absolutely a joke went in with my family today the service was a total joke waiting ages for cold food .. after eating the cold food we decided to order dessert to try cheer us up ..we waited 20 mins for 2 plain MC flurrys and 2 brownies...our order number came and went off the screen like I say after waiting 20 mins I was met by a very rude member of staff who told me they would sort my order out Wen they were ready I asked to speak to a manager who was very nice and respectful resolved the situation...the staff in new bridge really need retraining as this is not my first second or 3rd time with issue's this McDonald's has never been the same since reopening after the 🔥....I would love a response from McDonald's or a rep from McDonald's to get back to me so I can tell you or should you a undercover video of your new bridge establishment...👊🤔

Waiting times
Had a lovely experience here today. The manager Natasia went above and beyond to help when my Grandson who has Autism got overwhelmed and ran behind the counter. She calmly helped get him back to his seat. Smiling and comforting him the whole time. I am very grateful.
Fuming, used the drive thru and waited a really long time at the speaker, was almost backing out to leave. They forgot to give my Mayo chicken, and I was charged . Extremely unprofessional, called over 30 minutes just to get no response . Would give zero stars if I could .
